At SEVOGUE, we are committed to ensuring you love every piece you purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


🛑 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before processing begins.

  • If you need to make adjustments, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once your order enters production, packaging, or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.


💎 Refunds & Returns

Each SEVOGUE item is made-to-order with care, so all sales are generally final.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the error is on our side.

Eligible scenarios include:
✅ Item received damaged or defective
✅ Wrong item or size delivered
✅ Non-delivery: If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (excluding the standard 2–5 day processing window)


🚫 Situations Outside Our Responsibility

Refunds cannot be provided if:
❌ Incorrect or incomplete shipping information is supplied
❌ Delivery is delayed due to customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
❌ Other factors beyond SEVOGUE’s control
